Easily schedule an appointment for a (video) consultation via our website.
- A 5- or 10-minute consultation is free of charge. Briefly reviewing something together or showing a concern can often provide a lot of clarity.
- During the consultation, we assess your symptoms and provide advice on diagnosis and treatment. If necessary, we immediately schedule an urgent appointment at the practice.
- Prescriptions, medical absence certificates, and other documents can be provided via Helena, by email, or by post.

We do not have time to read and respond to emails. We dedicate our time to (video) consultations.
Moreover, providing medical care via email is not permitted.

Around the scheduled time, you will receive a text message (SMS) and an email to start the video consultation. Please note that the consultation may run late; if so, you will receive the message a bit later. You will not be called.
So please stay alert and respond to the SMS or email. Choose either SMS or email to join the consultation.
